Aomori Nebuta Festival and Nebuta-no-Sato
Aomori Nebuta Festival is one of the three major festivals in Tohoku region representing Japan's fire festivals. Held from Aug 2nd to 7th.
Dynamic Nebuta floats lighting up the summer night sky lead a parade
of dancing crowds, along with the sounds of flutes and drums resounding in
the sky... Aomori Nebuta Festival, known as Japan's fire festival draws
many tourists from all over the world.
Nebuta-no-Sato is a pavilion displaying the Nebuta floats appeared in the
previous festivals, offering a Nebuta festival experience show with the
opportunity for visitors to get involved by dancing and carrying Nebuta floats.
Handmade experience opportunities and a festival supply store are also available which allow visitors to enjoy Nebuta throughout the year.
